Kelly Straniti brings over 12 years of real estate experience to DVB Commercial Realty. Starting in 1999 as a Real Estate Paralegal working in high volume law firms, she then started her own business, Straniti Paralegal Services, as an Independent Real Estate Paralegal in 2004.

Kelly currently services over 15 attorneys throughout Fairfield County with all of their Real Estate closing needs. She brings a unique and detail oriented perspective to the expansion in her Real Estate endeavors as a Licensed Realtor, since 2009. She can take you from the beginning, as your Real Estate Agent, to the end of closing as your Agent and, working with one of many qualified, experienced Attorneys, as your Paralegal. Kelly is also highly experienced as a residential Real Estate Agent and Paralegal.

Kelly is a graduate of Sacred Heart University and Norwalk Community College. She also serves as an elected official to the Norwalk Common Council, representing District D (the Broad River, Silvermine, West Rocks and Cranbury sections of Norwalk). She lives in Broad River with her husband Artie and their teen-aged son, Emerson.
